Quicksilver is our modern “Do it all” people carrier. Based on the Mercedes Vito Extra Long Wheelbase 115Cdi 1 ton body. There is room for seven or eight passengers, plus ample luggage space, or the vehicle can be wheelchair accessible, but one wheelchair takes up two normal passenger spaces.

All the seats in the rear are on tracking and can be locked in position to suit spaces required, and either all facing forwards, or as in the photo, with a table á la 1st Class rail travel style with table lamp, glass holders and fridge.

The seats are leather and the vehicle is air conditioned, and it is NOT used for Stag Nights or similar work – just the occasional wedding if required, so it not only IS clean, but it SMELLS clean too!

One other use is on the longer distance weddings, Lands End, for example – the vintage car is out on a trailer and taken to a suitable spot near the wedding. This saves time and wear and tear on the “old ladies” and means that on arrival, the Mercedes can accommodate bridesmaids and the bride’s mother as well if required.
